Sales Team Leader
Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and sales driven individual to join our big sales team. Job Requirements: Analyse sales data to assist with sales and profit forecasting Track competitor activity in the area Identify and develop business opportunities outside of existing revenue streams Develop, implement, and manage area marketing objectives Coordinate sales team promotional activities across the area Drive the achievement of sales targets (sales volumes) by effectively managing, coaching and developing the area sales team. Develop strategies to achieve them. Required Qualifications & Experience: Matric / Grade 12 Degree in management, business administration and/or marketing Debt Review Experience: Prior exposure to a debt review environment or familiarity with MAXIMUS software is advantageous. Working knowledge of MS EXCEL at intermediate level 3 to 5 years' experience in Marketing and sales management function with a track record of achieving sales targets through remote teams. Valid Drivers license. Note: The position requires the incumbent to travel between branches and as such the possession or access to own reliable transport is a per-requisite.
