We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire our team on our short-term insurance campaign. We require a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be pivotal in engaging both team members and key stakeholders within our organization.Your key responsibilities will include: * Effectively manage a team with regards to attendance, meeting required targets, adherence to schedule, talk time, productivity and compliance- ensuring required KPI's are met.

• Coaching, motivation and development of the team.
• Performance management of team members.
• Promote diversity within the team.
• Handle all escalated queries and on the floor queries
• Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
• Team specific reporting as per campaign requirements
• Ensure timeous reporting of IT issues to reduce downtime

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric essential (copy of certificate must be provided)
• Minimum 2 years outbound/telesales team leader experience preferably within the short-term insurance sector.
• Prior sales experience within a call center environment is required.
• RE / FAIS qualifications are preferred - Must be eligible to be added to the Rep register
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Excel for reporting of daily and weekly team stats.
