Job Description

responsible for Training salesmen on generating new business by promoting solutions, educating customers about the benefits, and closing deals to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through door-to-door canvassing and other methods.

Customer Education:

Provide accurate information about products, services, and the benefits.

Needs Assessment:

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct engaging presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value and the company's offerings.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate prices, contracts, and close sales deals to secure long-term partnerships.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Feedback and Improvement:

Provide feedback to management to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Staying Up-to-Date:

Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
