• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements
• Design, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions
• Configure Salesforce system based on client requirements
• Create and maintain documentation of solution design and configuration
• Provide training and support to end users
• Keep up to date with Salesforce updates and new features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or relevant role
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and functionalities
• Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration with other systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Salesforce certifications are preferred
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies
