Key Responsibilities - Sales Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the assigned region/territory. - Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and generate new leads through outbound activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Customer Presentations: Present products or services to clients, highlighting their features and benefits. - Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients,ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals and meet sales targets. - Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. - Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular sales reports to management. - Customer Support: Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high standard of customer service. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and product knowledge. - Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal, company, and industry regulations and other relevant legislation. - Must be willing to work after hours. - Must be willing to travel short-term business trips to surrounding countries of South Africa, China, Europe, North Africa, Australia etc, for market and product research and development
