The successful candidate will report to the Parts Manager and will primarily be responsible for proactively marketing the product ranges of the Parts Division, providing customer service, and handling administrative functions related to the Parts Division, including shelf supply and inventory control. Responsibilities also include managing and overseeing the daily operations of the SSK-Total filling station, along with addressing all administrative and personnel-related needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate, proven experience in marketing and customer service, bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English, and the capability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. A strong orientation toward customer service is essential, and knowledge of New Holland, Rovic, and Amazone products will be advantageous. Excellent marketing, planning, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office and a valid Code EB (Code 08) driver's license.
