Sanlam Credit Solutions specializes in providing credit products and solutions to individuals and businesses.Sanlam Credit Management Coach is an individual who is designed to help individuals improve their credit management skills and achieve financial stability.As a coach you will provide clients with personalized coaching sessions that cover topics such as budgeting, credit scores, and debt management.Sanlam Credit Management Coach is available to anyone who wants to improve their financial knowledge and skills. The program is particularly useful for individuals who are struggling with debt, as the coaching sessions can help them develop strategies for paying off their debts and managing their finances more effectively.Key Responsibilities:Providing support and recommendations to clients' financial problems by acting as intermediary between Sanlam Life, Ooba Home Loans and DebtBusters through:Identifying solutions that clients need through assisting clients withImproving their credit scoreLoan applicationsCredit card applicationsFinancial reviewBudget reviewDebt ConsolidationInsurance product offeringsHome loan assessmentsUsing the WebChat platform to engage and identify need for financial assistanceAssisting with client queries by quickly resolving queries via the WebChat platform, telephony and emailsTransferring live calls to:Financial Consultants of clients in need of Debt consolidation or debt reliefSanlam of clients in need of Sanlam financial productsSanlam of clients in need of Credit Facilities, such as Personal Loans and Credit CardsOoba Home Loans of clients in need of bond origination or further advanceHandling Proactive Outbound calls to encourage engagement with clientKey Requirements:Must be more than 6 months employed in current positionMust have no valid disciplinary issues on fileKnowledge on the National Credit Act and FAIS Act (highly beneficial)Excellent knowledge of IDM Group products, processes and systems, particularly Debt Counselling and Insurance productsQualifications - DegreeKey competencies:Principled and ethical behaviour that upholds IDM's vision and valuesStrong communication skills (Verbal and Written)Strong time management skills.High attention to detail and strong analytical skillsThe ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at the same time.Ability to quickly adopt new processes and procedures.Target driven.Able to work well in a team.Willingness to work flexible hours
