No. GCA_M002OVERVIEW:-The SAP ABAP Developer is responsible to establish, implement and maintain the SAP ABAP and FIORI Modules.KEY RELATIONSHIPS:-SAP Support Project Manager-SAL Global Support Team-Copper Commercial Service functions (Asset Management)-Global PM BPO`s and SME`s-Copper IT managementQUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Qualifications:-BSc / BCom Degree or Diploma equivalent-SAP ABAP/FIORI Certification-S/4 HANA ExperienceAdditional Qualifications:-N/ACompetencies:-Strong Leadership skills-Strong problem solving and decision-making skills-Ability to absorb and work under pressure-Strong functional/technical knowledge across the Asset Management value chain-Good organization and co-ordination skills required-Project Management skills-Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels-High energy individuals with a positive outlook on change.-Ability to function across a global environment with different time-zones and countriesWork Experience:-At least 8 years of ABAP experience plus at least 3 full cycle implementations and 1 S/4 HANA full cycle implementation.-Understanding and working experience on Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Refurbishment and Master Data.-Understanding the function of time-zones, currencies and the impact of it on the different SAP ABAP/FIORI Objects.-Confidence and ability to make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP ABAP/FIORI Business Processes.-SAP ABAP development skills with Fiori UI5 is must-At least 5 years developing extraction programs, update programs using BAPI and BDC, ABAP report creation, file processing and enhancements including BADI enhancements.-SAP workflow design, implementation, and troubleshooting-Experience in SAP modules such as FI,CO, SD, MM, PP and / or PMGENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:-Provide input to establish Project Budgets-Project feedback on progress, issues and risks.-Design, implement and maintain the SAP ABAP/FIORI Module using best practices.-Act as the subject matter expert for SAP ABAP/FIORI concepts and functionality.-Provide Level 3 support in the SAP S/4 ABAP/FIORI space to global ABAP/FIORI BPO, site SMExe2x80x99s and End Users xe2x80x93 Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Refurbishment and Master Data.-Determine business requirements (e.g. Functional and Technical, information needs, business processes) through information-gathering sessions.-Analyze information gathered, document business requirements and map to SAP ABAP/FIORI business processes.-Coordinate functional testing: knowledge of, and ability to use, testing methodologies, processes, and tools, including unit, integration, regression and dry run testing.-Coordinate execution of project tasks in the SAP ABAP/FIORI space.-Provide support for SAP ABAP/FIORI processes business applications or infrastructure in order to maintain operational productivity levels.-Involved in an on-going SAP global rollout.- Collaborate closely with global ABAP/FIORI BPO and End Users on SAP system queries and problem solving.-Be informed of recent developments in the field of SAP ABAP/FIORI and determine relevance to the current solution, review and adopt if necessary.-Provide Level 3 support to global ABAP/FIORI BPO, site SMExe2x80x99s and End Users as required.-Perform system changes and configuration.-Ensure all SAP ABAP/FIORI documentation are kept up to date.-Provide Training to global ABAP/FIORI BPO and SMExe2x80x99s on relevant upskilling requirements-Collate, asses, execute, implement and report on SAP ABAP/FIORI Incidents (Tickets) details-Manage SAP ABAP/FIORI Transports between different SAP instances .-Analyze and implement Business Process improvements as required.-SAP ABAP/FIORI process monitoring related to Business Processes.-Collaborate and engage with global ABAP/FIORI BPO (Business Process Owners)-Execute, implement and support SAP systems upgrades.-Provide support to Master Data Governance (MDG).-Provide support to Prometheus.-Execute and implementation of Prometheus upgrades.-Weekly ABAP/FIORI sessions with global ABAP/FIORI BPO and site SMEs.-Provide support to system interfaces.-Responsible for own development and updating of developments in field of expertise.-Responsible to establish s and expected deliverables of subordinates aligned with the company strategic objectives.-Responsible to manage subordinatesxe2x80x99 performance and any disciplinary aspects as required.-Support subordinates in the required learning and growth objectives and manage training and development interventions with the team.Please send internal applications to:
