WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? xc2xb7 Applications operations support for Authorisations. xc2xb7 Providing 1st level support to users; adhering to Confluence processes. xc2xb7 Providing 2nd level support to processes where documented. xc2xb7 Recording, routing, and monitoring all reported incidents using ITSM/JIRA to the incident management process. xc2xb7 Liaising with other fix groups and SAP functionals or central support organisations within. xc2xb7 Taking ownership of incidents reported by users, through to resolution. xc2xb7 Adhering to documented escalation processes. xc2xb7 Liaise with development/team leads on users access requirements, new transactions, role creation etc. xc2xb7 Enforce SAP security and SAP development guidelines. xc2xb7 Provision of technical security and authorisations support and guidance to both the business and the SAP support teams. xc2xb7 Delivering security and authorisations support for new project releases. xc2xb7 User interface authorizations based on business or technical requirements. xc2xb7 In the course of normal duties, identify and report discrepancies in documented processes. xc2xb7 Carrying out regression testing for authorization solutions. xc2xb7 Manage general queries in a timely and professional manner. xc2xb7 Recording ALL incidents using the standard toolset. xc2xb7 Monitoring logs for user queries.
