SAP Business Technology Platform Senior Manager (SAP BTP) (Permanent/Contract) Cape Town/GautengAre you a seasoned SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Architect ready to lead transformative digital journeys? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP BTP Architect to join our clientxe2x80x99s esteemed SAP practice and make a significant impact on clients' digital landscapes.About the Role:As a key member of the team, you will be at the forefront of shaping clients' digital transformation strategies. Your expertise in SAP BTP will be pivotal in driving successful implementations, enhancing business processes, and delivering exceptional value. You will be instrumental in supporting SAP BTP opportunities and projects, analysing business requirements, and designing and implementing innovative SAP BTP solutions.This will be a hybrid role, and the successful candidate can be JHB or Cape Town-based.Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor on SAP BTP solutions. Oversee activities related to the BTP Platform and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Technical Expertise and Solution Design: Utilize your deep knowledge of SAP BTP services, including data management, analytics, and application development, to collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into effective SAP BTP solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including the Sales team and Solution Architects, to deliver technically sound SAP BTP RFP Responses that align with client needs.
• Project Delivery: Lead or participate in full SAP BTP project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through deployment and support, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Best Practice: Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP BTP architecture, development, and deployment.
• Capability Development: Drive the growth and development of the SAP BTP practice, including recruitment, training, and capability building.
• Ecosystem Partners: Manage relationships with SAP and other ecosystem partners, including hyperscaler partners, to foster strong alliances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Implementations, with at least 5 years focused on SAP BTP Implementations.
• Proven experience as an SAP BTP Architect with a deep understanding of SAP BTP services.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in designing and implementing SAP BTP solutions.
• Experience in leading SAP BTP projects and managing project lifecycles.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
