Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - its a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.Your day at NTT DATA This role is required to perform most of the tasks defined by the project, gathering facts, analyzing client requirements and designing solutions that demonstrate the functionality to support the findings.This role participates in the planning, design and implementation for the assigned enterprise applications and/or systems.This role is responsible for testing and troubleshooting the functionality of the installed enterprise applications and/or systems by identifying and documenting technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.What you'll be doingKey Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of SAP BW4HANA developers and SAC developers.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Solution Design and Architecture:

• Understanding business requirements and translating them into BW4HANA solutions.
• Design and architect BW4HANA artefacts.
• Implement and align to best practices and standards in SAP BW4HANA development.
• Project Management:

• Plan and manage BW4HANA implementation projects, resource allocation and timelines.
• Coordinate with other teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Manage and keep track of all RFS documents and budgets.
• Development and Configuration:

• Lead the development and configuration of SAP BW4HANA objects.
• Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Implement data modelling techniques to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval within BW4HANA.
• Performance Optimization:

• Identify performance bottlenecks within the system and propose optimization strategies.
• Tune data models, queries, and data loads to improve system performance.
• Monitor and improve system performance.
• Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Ensure data quality and integrity within the BW4HANA system through validation and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement and ensure sign off.
• Documentation and Training:

• Mobilise team to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer between team members and to end-users.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the BW4HANA team and contribute to the enhancement of processes, tools, and methodologies.
