Role: SAP HCM Consultant

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Job Type: Contract

Location: Johannesburg (hybrid work)

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
SAP certification in HCM is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
Strong technical expertise in SAP HCM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM sub-modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
Proficiency in ABAP programming language and familiarity with SAP Fiori is a plus.
