They are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Functional Consultant: SAP. The Functional Consultant: SAP is responsible for designing, building/configuring, testing, and deploying SAP Point of Sale Data Transfer Audit functions and module solutions. This role also includes troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, developing functional and test specifications, and providing user support for third-level incidents. The consultant will ensure that business-as-usual issues are resolved in alignment with operations and service processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Make recommendations to optimize SAP Point of Sale Data Management/Data Transfer Audit processes, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to all IT Governance Frameworks, including policies, procedures, processes, and standards.
• Identify suitable solutions to new and existing business requirements (changes and projects), ensuring effective resolution of problems and incidents.
• Produce portfolio and status reporting in a timely manner, aligned to the agreed communications plan for all relevant stakeholders.
• Update and maintain the known error database, knowledge base, configuration database, as well as testing and training material. Implement a continuous improvement plan to enhance portfolio solutions.
• Effectively manage and develop self to deliver on agreed individual and team objectives.

Competency Requirements:
Knowledge:

• 3+ years of SAP design and configuration experience.
• 2+ years of Agile experience (e.g., sprint planning, stand-up).
• Knowledge and experience of Retail SAP architecture, implementation, and operations.
• Functional knowledge of SAP SD, POS, POSDM/POSDTA, and CAR modules, including interfaces, data migration, and integration.
• Understanding of JD Group policies, practices, processes, and systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the JD Group and HR operating model and value chain.
