WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? xc2xb7 SAP Module Configuration xc2xb7 Development documentation xc2xb7 Analyse and solve SAP Module issues xc2xb7 Conduct SAP Module process configuration xc2xb7 Update and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation xc2xb7 Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles xc2xb7 Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests xc2xb7 Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes xc2xb7 Support the operational and functional teams with issues and provide a solutions-based approach xc2xb7 International travel xc2xb7 Recording, routing, and monitoring all reported incidents using ITSM to the incident management process. xc2xb7 Liaising with other fix groups and other plant based or central support organisations within. xc2xb7 Taking ownership of incidents reported by users, through to resolution. xc2xb7 Adhering to documented escalation processes. xc2xb7 Carrying out regression testing xc2xb7 Interact with consultants of other modules xc2xb7 User interface transactional solutions xc2xb7 In the course of normal duties, identify and report discrepancies in documented processes. xc2xb7 Manage general queries in a timely and professional manner. xc2xb7 Liaise with development/team leads on users access requirements, new transactions, role creation etc. xc2xb7 Enforce SAP security and SAP development guidelines. xc2xb7 Provision of technical security and authorisations support and guidance to both the business and the SAP support teams.
