We are actively looking for a dynamic and results driven leader to join our leadership team as the Transformation Enablement Services Tower Lead, one of SATIC's fastest growing service offerings. This role will be responsible for generating demand for services, foster strong client relationships and lead a team of consultants to deliver exceptional value and impact.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and delivering consulting and advisory transformation projects, including (but not limited to) programme & project management, change management, operating model designs etc. In addition to this, demonstrate a thorough understanding of business development, operationalising strategy, building teams, reporting, leadership and people management, and exceptional project management capabilities.
Qualifications / Certifications required:
Bcom in Business, Engineering or a related field; Masters, MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
Experience required:
Minimum 10 yrs experience working at reputable professional services or management consulting firm
Minimum 10 years selling and delivering client solutions
Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating globally to deliver business impact
Experience building, maturing and running teams that provide both transformational and support services
Experience leading large teams and being a coach and mentor that prioritises the employee experience
Demonstrable experience of taking operational responsibility (including commerciality) for a business unit / function in the context of the adding value to the business
Demonstrable experience of driving a programme of continuous improvement to increase the quality and efficiency of the services provided to the clients.
Strong, broad experience across traditional Management Consulting capabilities, including but not limited to digital transformation, operating model design, agile methodologies, programme and project management, change management, and business analysis
Able to work with in-territory and other PwC office teams to co-create service offerings / solutions that utilise SATIC staff
Responsibilities of role:
As a senior member of the team, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Develop long term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise and Operations Transformation teams across the territories
Develop close relationships with territory stakeholders to ensure alignment between demand and supply of services, maintain quality and drive excellent service delivery.
Use your network and market presence to attract and recruit high quality professionals to work within SATIC
Lead, coach, develop a high-performing team and ensure that each team member is equipped with the correct tools and skills
Develop market leading value propositions supported by thought leadership
Look for opportunities to use technology to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
Promote and encourage others to value differences when working in diverse teams.
Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct
Oversee the execution of tailored development programmes to ensure team members develop, maintain and grow their skill sets in line with the demands of the business, including professional certifications and external qualifications.
