SATIC is designed to innovate, build and deploy for our global clients across a range of technology and transformational solutions.The Reporting Lead is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing reporting processes, data analysis, and resource management to support decision-making and operational efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication with stakeholders across various departments.If you are looking for a career where every day is different, where challenges are complex and where you can make a real difference, then we want to hear from you.Qualifications /Certifications required:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience required:Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and resource management roles.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.Responsibilities of role:Key Responsibilities:Report Development: Lead the development of weekly reports covering Work in Progress (WIP), forecasts, utilisation rates, and demand versus supply analysis to provide insights into project performance and resource allocation.Proactively manage delivery excellence, collecting and providing feedback to managementData Analysis: Analyse data sets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.Job Code Generation: Assist with the generation of job codes for ServiceNow (SNOW) requests, ensuring timely processing and trackingStaff Utilisation: Monitor staff utilisation by tracking job code allocations and availability, optimising resource allocation and addressing staffing gaps.Resource Management Tool: Collaborate with Resource Management team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in Resource Management Platform (TalentLink), including updating the Wallchart report and conducting regular data integrity checks.Proactive Liaison with Resourcing Managers: Engage with resourcing managers to assess project needs, anticipate resource requirements, and facilitate proactive planning to optimise workforce utilisation.Staff Management: Maintain awareness of staff status, including bench status and profile updates. Coordinate with hiring teams to ensure timely updates and proactive management of staffing needs.Quarterly Billing Alignment: Align quarterly billing processes with hiring initiatives to ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting, collaborating with finance and HR teams to streamline processes.Project Code Management: Monitor and follow up on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) codes not provided for projects, ensuring proper invoicing and financial tracking.Desirable skill setsinclude:Experience managing and driving reporting excellence within/for a companyAgencies please note: This recruitment assignment is being managed directly by PwCxe2x80x99s Talent Acquisition team.
