The SCADA Engineer plays a pivotal role in steering clients through the seamless integration of Ignition into their operational frameworks. This position requires an individual that will be self-driven and motivated, have a strong aptitude for time management, and possess the ability to execute projects from conceptualization to successful completion and sign-off.This role requires adaptability to occasional travel and overtime work, as well as the ability to thrive in both collaborative and solo work settings. You will provide technical support and assistance to our clients who rely on our SCADA product and Mitsubishi hardware systems.Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Plan and design PLC / VFD / HMI / MAPS Automation projects.
- Interpret P&ID and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Planning and designing SCADA Automation solutions.
- Configuration, development, implementation, and commissioning of SCADA projects.
- Setting up MS servers, networks, and MS security.
- Electrical & instrumentation installations (LV/MV).
- System maintenance, product support, and fault finding.
- Managing and maintaining backups and archiving software and applications.
- Proficiency with Mitsubishi Software IEC programmer, GX Works, GX Works2, etc.
