Gathers client information by making calls to dealers or F&Is and informing clients about the products and services offered.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Explain products and services, procedures; correctly answering questions and providing information to existing and potential clients.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Ensure & Communicate sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service through us.
Describe products and services and correctly respond to questions.
Solve all basic and some complex client queries or problems or redirect them to a more relevant person, department or manager.
Have an in-depth knowledge of the companys products and be able to take the customer through the sales process as well as obtaining customer information.
Follow up on initial contacts and build relationships with dealers or F&Is to work with us frequently.
Achieve agreed closing or conversion ratios and sales
Attend team/business accountability and general meetings daily or when required.
Report daily on current performance to his/her manager and the team.
Educational Requirements:
Matric or equivalent, a tertiary qualification will be an advantage
