Solution orientated in al aspects of Employment Equity and HR compliance.
Provide necessary training on Employment Equity Acts to EE Committees.
Attending and facilitating Employment Equity and Skills Development committee meetings to ensure compliance and to provide guidance.
Electronically schedule EE and SD meetings accordingly.
Scribe minutes, agendas and attendance registers for EE Committees timeously.
Draft EEA12 and EEA13.
Submission of EEA2 and EEA4.
EEA14 - Deregistering of client if required.
Comply to requests of audits from Department of Labour on behalf of the clients.
Internal administration with regards to invoicing and proof of payments.
Capturing and or overseeing the WSP / ATR and Pivotal submissions process on all 21 SETAs websites.
Consulting service to clients on WSP and the monitoring thereof.
Securing new clients and meeting monthly sales targets.
Assisting with all HR requirements and queries coming in from our clients.
Assisting with all HR matters of the Learning Academy.
Implementing and monitoring all processes to ensure that the Basic Conditions of Employment Act is adhered to at the Learning Academy and also if required by the client.
Drafting of policies and procedures as and when required.
Assisting with the recruitment process of staff for the Learning Academy and for clients if required.
Assist with ad-hoc duties with regards to the business as and when required.
