Essence of the job:An Environmental Officer in Construction is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and policies on construction sites.Qualification:Matric certificate or equivalentTechnical qualification will be advantageous.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Seal Foreman in the roadworks industrySound knowledge of seal operations and road construction techniquesProven leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or its equivalent required; having additional certification in road construction or a related field neededValid EB LicenceMust be willing to relocate.
