Job Description
Hire Resolve's client, a reputable mining company based in Free State is looking for a skilled Section Manager to oversee their mining operations. The successful candidate will be involved in managing the team, enhancing mining operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operational staff to achieve production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team
- Develop and implement operational strategies for continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on production efficiencies
- Oversee the management of budgets and costs related to the section's operations
- Grade 12
- Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering or related field
- Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
- Trackless Mining Experience
- 5 years' experience in Gold Mining.
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
