Section Manager (trackless) Mining

Job Description
Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company based in North-West, is currently seeking a skilled Section Manager (Trackless) to join their team.Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of trackless mining personnel to achieve production targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures
- Monitor and report on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize mine operations
- Grade 12
- Relevant degree or diploma in Mining Engineering
- Mine Overseer's Certificate of Competency
- Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
- Blasting Certificate for Underground/Scheduled Mines.
- 8 years' experience in the mining industry whereas 3 years' must be in a managerial role.
- 5 years' experience in trackless mining operations
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
