Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Investigations Officer to join their team, based in East London.Successful candidate required to have a strong background in both security and investigations, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats.Minimum Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and investigations
• Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Experience working with law enforcement and other agencies
• Proficiency in security software and systems
• Valid security license or certification

Duties:-

• Conduct thorough investigations into any security breaches or incidents, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and writing detailed reports
• Monitor and analyze security systems and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the company's assets and personnel
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies as needed to address security concerns and incidents
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and recommend solutions
• Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents and investigations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve services
