Job Summary Join Our Team as Area Manager Locations: Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and Mpumalanga Security invites suitable candidates to apply for the position of Area Manager in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, and KwaZulu-Natal. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in the development of systems to manage security operations, legal compliance, and client service within the designated area. Implement compliance standards, policies, and processes pertaining to both client and company requirements. Conduct mini risk assessments to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Drive the change management process to seamlessly implement new or updated compliance requirements. Lead investigations into reportable incidents or complaints. Manage deployment in alignment with SLAs, exercise control over fleet costs, and oversee equipment management. Education & Experience: PSIRA Grade A certification is mandatory. A diploma in security/risk management is advantageous. Firearm competency with NKP accreditation is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial capacity. Experience managing multidisciplinary security officers in the industrial or mining sector. Proficiency in conducting investigations and report writing.
