Job Summary Trinity Protection Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to lead our High-Risk Specialized Division. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of high-risk security operations, and a proven track record in managing security teams in demanding environments. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in high-risk security operations. Registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority). Strong knowledge of South African security laws, risk assessments, and crisis management. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple security teams. Valid South African driver's license. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Military or law enforcement background is an advantage. Additional certifications in risk assessment, crisis response, or security technologies.
