Job Summary: NKP Security Operations Supervisor/Manager

Mvula Enforcement Services is seeking a highly skilled

NKP Security Operations Supervisor/Manager

to oversee and coordinate security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing effective security measures to protect assets, personnel, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations, ensuring the effective deployment of security personnel. Oversee the performance of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and PSIRA regulations. Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and security audits to identify potential threats and recommend preventive measures. Coordinate emergency response procedures and provide leadership during security incidents. Ensure compliance with firearm regulations and oversee firearm control processes, including handling and safekeeping. Liaise with law enforcement agencies, clients, and stakeholders to address security concerns and improve security strategies. Train and mentor security personnel to enhance skills and operational effectiveness. Prepare incident reports, operational plans, and security performance evaluations. Manage and oversee the use of security equipment, including CCTV surveillance and access control systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A valid PSIRA Grade A/B Certificate.

Matric - National Senior Certificate

Security Management qualification (certificate or diploma)

Firearm competency for handgun, short gun and Rifle

National Key point training Certificate

10 years' experience of working at the critical Infrastructure/National Key Point sites
