You will be executing all safety and security tasks and initiatives, in line with Legislation and Cape Grace Policy, to ensure as far as reasonably practicable a safe and secure environment at Cape Grace for all stakeholders.Levels of accountability:Reports directly to the Security ManagerLead the Security Team by creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction. Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counselling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
