Location: Plumstead Cape Town
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Alternate Saturdays)

We're looking for someone with strong organizational and management skills, a proven track record in operational oversight, and a hands-on approach to meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
Requirements:
Security Officer Grade B Certificate.
PSIRA-registered
Valid Driver's License (Code B)
At least 5+ years of driving experience.
Strong organizational and management abilities.
Experience in creating and managing schedules for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain shift or operational schedules.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring production and performance standards are met.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at all times.
Monitor team operations to ensure smooth processes and on-time delivery.
Utilize management skills to optimize workflows and resolve challenges efficiently.
