Job Description
A leading vegetable seedling company in South Africa has a vacant position available near Tzaneen, Limpopo.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Commercial seedling production according to international quality standards
- Daily planning and implementation of irrigation and pest control programs
- Guide, manage & motivate the cultivation team
- Maintain and manage growing supporting systems
- Execute company Research and Development programs
- A tertiary qualification in agriculture or horticulture (BSc or similar)
- Basic leadership skills & good attention to detail abilities
- Computer Literacy (word, excel, power point )
- Fluent in English: write and speak
- Ability to work in a team, delegate and follow up.
- Valid driver's licence
- Own Transport
