We are in search of a seasoned Segmental Director with strong operational catering management experience the the Healthcare sector. As the Segmental Director - Healthcare sector, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Tsebo Catering and Healthcare segment strategy with a view to creating shareholder value as well as align the team with the Tsebo Cateringxe2x80x99s vision and mission & statements. The day-to-day management decisions and implementing the Healthcare Segmentxe2x80x99s long and short-term business plans will also form part of your outcomes.The contracts assigned to the Segmental Director - Healthcare will be mainly limited to our clients across South Africa within the Healthcare sector. As the Segment Director you will direct and coordinate the core activities of the Healthcare Segment in support of the Managing Director. Duties & Responsibilities xe2x80xa2 Ensure the Healthcare segment in tsebo Catering is appropriately organized and staffed in accordance with the Tsebo Catering and Healthcare segmental strategy xe2x80xa2 Oversee the fiscal activities of the Healthcare segment in Tsebo Catering including budgeting, reporting and audit xe2x80xa2 Ensure the Healthcare segment in tsebo Catering maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business. xe2x80xa2 Communicate effectively with stakeholders, employees, Government authorities, and the public. maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business. xe2x80xa2 Assumes responsibility for growing the Healthcare Segment business as well as customer retention xe2x80xa2 Engage in sales, new business development and key account activities xe2x80xa2 Management of food standards and operations within the Healthcare segment in partnership with the Culinary team xe2x80xa2 Ensures the business complies with all legal and regulatory laws and regulations. xe2x80xa2 Creates a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff xe2x80xa2 Support Tsebo Solutions Group efforts and initiatives towards achievement and maintaining BEE level 1 xe2x80xa2 Ensure the business delivers to customer promise in accordance with Company`s service standards
