Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and production machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues efficiently.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to maximize operational efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that equipment operates within safety standards.
• Technical Support: Support senior technicians and the maintenance team in resolving complex issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure that machines and HVAC systems function at optimal performance levels to support production demands.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4/5 years in a maintenance or technician role within the FMCG sector, focusing on HVAC systems and industrial machinery.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical repairs, and general maintenance practices.
• Certifications: Certification in HVAC maintenance, mechanical, or electrical systems is an advantage.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC or mechanical systems is preferred.
• Communication: Basic communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
