What You'll Do
Own the entire sales cycle--from inbound lead to meeting booked
Qualify inbound leads and build outbound strategies to generate new business
Conduct discovery calls, present value-driven pitches, and guide prospects to close
Build trust with business owners, operators, and franchise candidates
Maintain a strong, organized pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, messaging, and positioning
Share insights on customer objections and market trends
Help mentor junior reps and elevate the overall sales team

What We're Looking For
2-3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C or health care preferred)
Proven ability to close mid- to high-ticket deals with small business owners or executives
Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable presence
Highly organized, with experience managing a structured pipeline
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Experience in a franchise, service-based, or operations-focused business is a major plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely on an EST schedule
