WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE?The Senior Account Manager is the bridge between Client and the wider Incubeta team. They support Account Directors from a more day to day account management perspective, effectively overseeing all campaigns and solutions from outset to completion ensuring that all requirements are delivered, and where possible, exceeded.The Senior Account Manager must develop and foster healthy & effective working relationships with all key Client contacts, as well as with all internal team members who play a part in delivering successful services and solutions.They own the day to day management of client accounts; attending meetings & sharing minutes, taking and circulating briefs, managing projects to ensure that milestones are met, managing internal and external communications, billing and admin.OVERVIEWThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on SSA Clients, growing your skills, knowledge and experience in this market.The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the smooth running and successful management of the Client's business across all relevant services, to ensure that all of Incubeta's campaigns, digital solutions and projects are delivered timeously, efficiently and successfully.The ideal candidate will be able to successfully understand the client's business, as well as Incubeta's service and solution offering, in order to interrogate client requests and translate them into workable briefs for our delivery team. They will be able to form deep and collaborative relationships with the Client as well as internally, and they will have a passion for delivering successful solutions that move the needle for our Client's business as well as our own.Key Responsibilities:
