Looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to expertly oversee local, group, and international financial operations.If you're a detail-oriented professional with a knack for financial management and a passion for driving business growth, apply now to become my clients Senior Accountant and make a meaningful impact in their dynamic team.This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 12-Months.Duties:
- Evaluating and accrediting potential business partners (retailers, service providers, and wallet holders)
- Supervising E-commerce activities
- Managing efficient procurement processes
- Handling Accounts Receivable from precise revenue recognition to collections and bad debt management
- Oversight of Accounts Payable, including creditors, winners, and wallet withdrawals
- Efficient processing of cashbooks and strategic cash flow management
- Comprehensive financial accounting duties
- Conducting statutory reviews and ensuring timely, accurate submissions
- Compiling and reviewing tax calculations and financials
- Delivering accurate reports to stakeholders, senior management, and the board of directors.
- Completed Matric
- Completed Degree in Accounting or Finance related field is required
- Background in Auditing is preferrable
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in a similar position
- Must be willing to travel for extended periods
- Capable of working across borders, particularly on African projects
