Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting, providing variance analysis and insights.
- Oversee general ledger management, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
- Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
- Optimize cash flow management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
