An environmental services leader is looking for a seasoned Senior Accountant to join their mission-driven team on a permanent basis. The main focus of this role is to ensure precise and compliant financial management that supports the companyxe2x80x99s sustainability and environmental initiatives.Duties:
- Handle accounting processes up to trial balance with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Public (PFMA) and Private (IFRS) sector financial reporting standards.
- Prepare and manage detailed financial reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain the integrity of financial data, ensuring alignment with the companyxe2x80x99s sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient financial practices.
- BCom degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of PFMA and IFRS standards.
- Proven experience managing accounts up to trial balance.
