• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with South African accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans to support organizational growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff as needed.
• Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes.

• Bcompt Accounting or Bachelors of Accounting degree.
• Registered with SAICA or SAIPA.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caseware Knowledge
