Collaborate within a project team, reporting to our IT Manager.
Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic enterprise architecture.
Define and manage non-functional requirements, ensuring adherence to project objectives.
Organize and estimate development tasks accurately.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software design and implementation.
Provide support during functional requirements definition, ensuring technical feasibility.
Identify and address technical project risks and issues, driving resolution activities.
Actively contribute to application improvements and mentor junior team members.
Serve as a subject matter expert on key technologies or skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Computer Science or related technical field.
Minimum 8 years of development experience.
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
Experience in an agile environment, preferably with Scrum/KANBAN.
Strong background in C#, .NET 6, .Net Core, SQL Server, Blazer, HTML5, and CSS.
Demonstrated experience in developing web solutions and utilizing RESTful web services.
Ability to develop unit tests for code components.
Familiarity with DevOps automation is advantageous.
Previous experience in the Insurance Industry is beneficial.
