• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring design excellence and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Utilize advanced software tools such as Autodesk Revit to create detailed architectural plans and presentations.
• Oversee project teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with international partners and travel as required to oversee project developments and ensure seamless execution.

• MArch/MTech Degree (BTech/BSc candidates with exceptional skills and experience will also be considered).
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong design and technical skills with a proven ability to ideate and execute complex architectural details.
• Excellent presentation skills with a track record of delivering compelling design proposals.
• Proven experience leading projects across various stages, from initial concept to handover.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Experience in fulfilling leadership roles within project teams.
• South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa.
• An up-to-date passport, with the flexibility for international travel as part of your role.
