Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving turnover
  • Controlling expenses
  • Controlling stock losses
  • Managing, developing and motivating staff
  • Training and recruiting staff
  • Managing merchandise
  • Focusing on customer service
  • Managing in-store administration and security checks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Passion for retail and a desire to grow in the industry.
  • Minimum 8 years retail experience with a minimum of 3 years senior store leadership experience.
  • Industrial Relations experience
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years Senior Area Manager experience
  • A business or retail related degree will be advantageous
  • Valid drivers' license
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial flair (business acumen and turnover driven)
  • Excellent MS office Skills
  • A positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
