Key Responsibilities:
Driving turnover
Controlling expenses
Controlling stock losses
Managing, developing and motivating staff
Training and recruiting staff
Managing merchandise
Focusing on customer service
Managing in-store administration and security checks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualification and Experience:
Passion for retail and a desire to grow in the industry.
Minimum 8 years retail experience with a minimum of 3 years senior store leadership experience.
Industrial Relations experience
Minimum 3 - 5 years Senior Area Manager experience
A business or retail related degree will be advantageous
Valid drivers' license
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial flair (business acumen and turnover driven)
Excellent MS office Skills
A positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
