This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with expertise in financial transactions, project finance, and commercial law.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal expertise in areas such as structured finance, project finance, leveraged finance, and restructuring.
- Manage complex financing transactions and ensure smooth coordination of cross-border deals.
- Build and nurture client relationships, providing clear and strategic legal advice.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- LLB or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in banking and finance law.
- Experience in project finance and structured trade finance is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
