Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Barman

to join our team at Chefs Warehouse Beau Constantia, a renowned fine dining establishment known for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and prepare range of classic and signature cocktails, wine, and spirits. Ensure a seamless bar experience for our guests, maintaining high service standards. Manage bar stock, inventory, and supplier relations to ensure efficiency. Train and mentor junior bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence. Stay up to date with industry trends, introducing innovative ideas to elevate our beverage offerings. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of

3-5 years

of bartending experience, with at least

1 year in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting

. Deep knowledge of

cocktails, wines, and spirits

, with a passion for mixology. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm and professional demeanor. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive and creative approach to beverage menu development.
