What you'll bring to the table:

• A passion for behavioral science and its application in the real world.
• A strong academic background: A Grade 12/Matric/National Senior Certificate and an Honors Degree in economics, psychology, or social sciences.
• Proven experience: More than 5 years of experience consulting in financial services or working in a financial institution, with demonstrated experience applying behavioral science within large corporates.
• A knack for research: Experience conducting literature reviews, data exploration, and qualitative research.
• Excellent communication skills: The ability to effectively package and communicate research findings to diverse audiences.
• A collaborative spirit: A desire to work closely with business units and stakeholders.
• A results-oriented mindset: A commitment to delivering impactful solutions and achieving measurable results.
