Our client in the Earthmoving industry seeks a Bookkeeper who will be mainly responsible for recording, reconciling, and reporting all bank accounts and fixed assets relating to transactions.Requirements:

• Min Matric
• BCom Degree (optional)
• Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training
• To perform this job successfully an individual should have extensive knowledge of: Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, Baan, Cartesis, Coupa, Bookkeeping, Problem-solving, Project management.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict confidentiality on all aspects of Bookkeeper position.
• Record all bank statements in Baan daily (Cashbook)
• Processing of payments (local and foreign) on

system * Daily uploads of Bank Statements to Coupa (previous Bellin)

• Investing of surplus funds
• Debit Orders / Leases of premises
• Journals
• Prepare cash forecast monthly.
• Reconcile the various bank General Ledger accounts.
• Revaluation of Foreign Loan accounts & Bank accounts
• Management Reports xe2x80x93 expected by MD/FM
• Exemption reports xe2x80x93 expected by MD/FM
