DescriptionSagen Advisory Recruitment Company is seeking a seasoned Senior Bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our clients dynamic educational development company based in Century City.The ideal candidate will be working closely with the Financial Manager and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing support to the finance department.Duties and Responsibilities:Bookkeeping / Processing of Invoices: Utilize Xero and Sage to capture invoices (customers and suppliers), manage full debtors and creditors control, perform bank reconciliations, and liaise with suppliers and customers.Financial & Office Administration: Assist with general office admins, such as filing and recordkeeping, supplier onboarding paperwork, loading supplier invoices for payment release, sales reports, stock ordering (local and international), and maintaining safety files during projects.Accounting Operations: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare and process accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, prepare and file sales tax returns, assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, and prepare financial reports and analysis.Qualifications:
