Description:RedCat Recruitment is seeking a SENIOR BOOKKEEPER for a well-established, growing concern, position based in the Wartburg area, KwaZulu-Natal.!Person must be able to start immediately!REQUIREMENTSGrade 12.Relevant qualification advantageous.Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.Person must be able to speak, read and write in English.Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Pastel / Sigma / Winbranch experience advantageous.10yrs+ previous working experience as a Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant.Capable of working for many multiple entities and various businesses as well as personal bookkeeping for directors.Bookkeeping up to trial balance. Processing journal entries and monthly bank reconciliations.Payroll of between 40-50 staff. Manage staff effectively and efficiently.Must demonstrate the ability to create and develop independent systems to promote operational excellence.Strong reporting skills and maintain confidentiality.Maintain a standard of 100% accuracy for financial reporting, payroll, creditors, and transactional systems.Monthly stock-take valuations and reporting.Department-specific cash flow statement report.
