"Senior Brand and Marketing Manager (JB4054)

Foreshore, Cape Town (Hybrid working model)

R55 000 R65 000 CTC per month

Permanent

Seeking a talented and experienced Client Lead to join the team and lead one of the most exciting Brands in the Retail Division within an Agency.

As the Client /Business Unit Lead, you will play a pivotal role in steering the Business unit towards success.

Reporting directly to the Head of Client Service, you will be responsible for managing the TTL KAM team working very closely with the Creative teams to ensure cutting-edge creative thinking and implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed Marketing-related Degree.

6 or more years of Brand and Marketing Management experience in an agency or marketing environment

3 or more years of experience having managed teams across multiple disciplines.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a history of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Proven Strategic Leadership of Business portfolios

Demonstrative success in leading and developing high-performing marketing/advertising teams.

Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong Omni Channel understanding

Achieve retail-focused goals through strategic planning, and analyzing market trends for opportunities.

Client Engagement and Leadership:

Build strong client relationships, delivering impactful recommendations for long-term partnerships.

Entrepreneurial Leadership:

Drive innovation and pursue new opportunities, adapting strategies for market demands.

Project Management:

Oversee end-to-end project management, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Team Leadership:

Inspire collaboration and results among digital marketers, providing guidance and professional development.
