The role:
We are seeking a strategic, creative and results-oriented [Senior Marketing Manager] to join the team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative for our new business and own brand identity, brand strategy development, product marketing and the creation of compelling global campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Reporting to the business unit CMO you form part of the marketing leadership across London and the regions to ensure our values and promise are reflected consistently across our products, design, content and creative. Youll also work in partnership with our Groups very successful marketing function to align and coordinate strategies where appropriate.
This is a new role within an incubated and fully funded venture with dedicated teams operating at pace in a startup fashion, benefiting from the sizable power of the parent company.
If you are a seasoned Marketing leader, with strong proposition development and creative campaign experience within an app-first business, and who thrives in entrepreneurial and very fast-moving environments, then were looking for you.
What youll be responsible for:
In your role, your responsibilities and deliverables will be focused on:
Develop and execute a global brand strategy to drive TOMA and consideration, partnering with insights and product to create strategies that influence how consumers perceive our brand.
Own the end-to-end product marketing process, ensuring our value propositions are effectively communicated to our audience and delivered throughout the customer journey.
Own global creative campaign development at brand and product level, with responsibility for understanding our marketing messaging hierarchy, and launch of creative activation across all owned, earned and paid channels.
Collaborate closely with the in-country marketing leads to execute campaigns and product launches, tailoring strategies to regional nuances while maintaining a consistent and structured brand platform globally.
Analyse the competitive landscape to determine where our brand and proposition fits over time, where to target consumers and how to have the greatest impact for the brand.
Drive brand and reputation through all comms and PR channels through close collaboration with the Group Marketing team.
Build strong partnerships with creative agencies, marketing partners and business stakeholders.
Serve as the voice of the consumer across the organisation, advocating for their needs and preferences in product design, marketing, and overall business decisions.
Manage global social media and content strategy, and guide local teams to build and execute best-in-class content plans.

What youll need for this role:
Proven experience in a senior brand/marketing role within a mass-market consumer app environment.
Strong knowledge of brand management and experience in working with agencies to drive results.
A creative mindset with experience in generating insightful content for use across multiple communications channels and the ability to distil and communicate complex topics simply and with conviction.
A strategic thinker who can ask the right questions, quickly analyse data, and draw conclusions to drive the business forward.
A planner who can coordinate and lead teams, both vertically and cross-functionally, to deliver on the marketing plan.
Experience in a startup, scale-up or fast-paced environment is advantageous.
