- Effective Channel, Strategies & Creative implemented to achieve objectives
- Account Profitability achieved
- Cost efficiencies achieved within unit
- HR role and team leadership
- Business Approach to leading Account within the Agency
- A brand ambassador for the Agency
- Understands digital, and digital tools like Figma.
- Have a sound Social Media background and knowledge on using social media for brand awareness and impressions in order to manage the clients' expectations.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Used to high volume and very quick turn arounds times. Someone with retail experience. Work experience with Media chase lists essential with an Agency background.
- Brand management or marketing communications diploma or degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years in marketing communications role - strategy, advertising, research or marketing
